Water fees are combined with sewage fees and are to be paid in 2-month intervals.

How to pay your bill

① Pay at the convenience store

Use the Payment Notification Form (納入通知書) when making the payment.
You cannot use the Payment Notification Form if it is past the payment deadline (納期限)

  • * You can also make a payment at the service counter of a bank or financial institution.

② Pay via a smartphone payment app

You can use an eligible smartphone payment app to scan the barcode on the Payment Notification Form (納入通知書) and pay your water and sewage bill.
You cannot use the Payment Notification Form if it is past the payment deadline (納期限)

③ Pay with a bank account

With this method, water and sewage fees are automatically withdrawn from a designated bank account.
Please call the Waterworks Bureau Customer Service Center to apply.

④ Pay with credit card

With this method, you can continuously pay your water and sewage fees via credit card.
Please call the Waterworks Bureau Customer Service Center to apply.

  • ・When you call, you will be connected to an automated voice system. For inquiries related to applications for starting or stopping water service, press [1]. For all other inquiries, press [2]. If you do not press anything for a certain period of time, you will automatically be connected to Line [2].
  • ・In order to accurately understand the contents of what was said, phone conversations will be recorded.
